CakePHP splits: Lithium

Last week the news was published that two of the core developers of the CakePHP project had split and yesterday those developers launched their new project: Lithium. Lithium is a fork of the CakePHP 3 branch, fully focussed on PHP 5.3. Check the announcement for more information.

Zend Framework 1.9.4 released

Matthew Weier O'Phinney has just announced the release of Zend Framework 1.9.4, which is available immediately. This release is a bugfix release. A full list of closed issues can be found here.

Zend Framework 1.8.1 beschikbaar

Today is a new version of the recently released Zend Framework 1.8 branch. This new release comes 8 days after the release of 1.8.0, but it already contains 68 new bug fixes. The most important is the fact that an incorrect version 1.8 of Dojo is included. In 1.8.1 is the correct version 1.8 comes. More information is here .
