Danielle Mundle from Magento will share her insights on how understanding the user experience on your ecommerce site can impact conversion. You’ll learn tips for conducting low-cost, low-effort user research on your site to determine where to make improvements.
Guido Jansen will afterward lead an interactive discussion between Danielle and attendees about their current challenges and other topics around Magento and UX.
Danielle Mundle brings both agency and in-house UX research experience to her current research role at Magento. She engages all types of users of the ecommerce platform in feedback sessions to inform the design of new and existing features and to improve workflows. She also hosts a bi-weekly UX “lunch and learn” meeting for Magento employees and serves as a board member for the Austin UXPA meetup.
Guido Jansen worked as a freelancer during his studies and has since been employed at two technology companies. All of his tasks were focussed on e-commerce projects, mainly using the Magento platform. Today, Guido works as psychologist and CX/UX Team manager at Euroflorist and is active via Dutchento in the Dutch Magento Community
